“Be phenomenal or be forgotten.”
I started with Fitness Premier when I was 19, working the front desk. I was so happy to be working a job I loved in a gym I loved–I felt like I owned the place, and I took care of it like it was my own. I worked my way to management, and have since had the privilege of managing every one of our Fitness Premier locations at one time or another.
I’m a licensed physical therapist’s assistant, and worked for two years atRiverside Hospital in Kankakee, helping to rehabilitate patients following strokes, heart attacks, cancer and other trauma. The impact of helping people improve and transform themselves has stayed with me, and today I want our Fitness Premier members to achieve their goals and change their lives, too.
I want to make sure our members have the best experience possible, one they can’t get at any other club. At Fitness Premier we consistently go above and beyond to ensure that this happens, and we’re continually developing our company to continue to provide the best for our members.

I love running, weight training, and yoga. I have been doing yoga for 17 years and teaching it for eight. I truly enjoy working with people and helping them overcome obstacles and reaching goals that they didn’t believe they could reach. I started the “Run Club” five years ago, and it has been a huge success.
I believe in taking pride in my work and going the extra mile for my clients. I also believe you can only be as good as the people you surround yourself with, which is why I feel very fortunate to work with the people I do.
I think that attitude is everything, and if you don’t have a good one you will not succeed. I also believe you should lead by example, so I live my life the way I train.

My interest in health and nutrition is what led me back to school to earn my degree in Fitness Management so I can then help others to get healthy and improve their lifestyles. I know that getting healthy incorporates more than just working out and that’s what she loves about working at Fitness Premier. Everybody knows that exercise is essential for good health…but so is good nutrition and receiving the proper support in you journey to a healthier you. I like that we have the right tools in place like the Dotfit program for nutrition as well as great trainers helping to lead the way through personal training, group classes, and team training. The support that I have experienced from all the staff and members of this gym is like nothing I have ever seen and makes me very excited to be part of the team!
Giving an individual the right support that they need to be successful in their personal journey to be healthy is what’s important. I enjoy meeting and working with a wide variety of individuals and strive to make everyone’s experience enjoyable as well as successful.

I am a lifelong resident of Newton County. I love camping, working out, yard sales, gardening, and spending time with my kids. I joined Fitness Premier’s Team Training a year and a half ago, and I really enjoyed the results I was seeing and the support from everyone at the club.
Although I find balancing my children’s sports and working out sometimes difficult, I believe making time for myself and my health is important. Luckily, my family isincredibly supportive .
I recently joined the Fitness Premier team in Lowell, and am having a blast teaching Power!

I have always loved anything sports-related! I played volleyball, basketball and softball in High school and continued my basketball career into college, where I majored in special education at Ghee University of St. Francis. This is also where I met my husband; we have been married for 13 years and have two beautiful daughters. Our family’s love for sports has carried over to our daughters, who are active in soccer, softball, and basketball.
Before joining Fitness Premier, I never knew a gym could be like family-–encouraging, supportive and always there for you! I finally feel like I have found a passion for encouraging and motivating people to be the best that they can be! I absolutely love teaching core at Fitness Premier!

Physical fitness has always been a part of my life. From being in high school athletics to now coaching my son’s sports teams, physical activities are a part of who I am.
I received my Group X Certification through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), and teach a variety of classes at the Lowell club. I am also a Mossa Power instructor and teach Power classes as well.

I started working the front desk at Fitness Premier at age 20. Since I had a passion for staying healthy and helping others it was a perfect fit. After, a couple months of front desk work, I became a personal trainer receiving my NCCPT certification. I am now involved in Team Training and Personal Training at FP. The best part of my job is helping members achieve their goals physically, mentally, and making them feel good about themselves.
Make working out part of your daily routine, just like brushing your teeth. Once you have it set in your head mentally that it is part of your everyday life, that is when it becomes fun. Once it starts to get hard, keep going. That means it is working.

“Train the same and remain the same”
I’ve had a passion for fitness and nutrition for as long as I can remember and have always dreamed of making a career out of it. I was offered the job at Fitness Premier when I was 19 and when it was presented I couldn’t say no.
I started out at the front desk and eventually worked my way up to becoming a personal trainer, earning my certification. Along with personal training, I also teach several team training classes. Being able to come into work everyday with a smile on my face because I love what I do is truly a blessing. There is no bigger reward than the satisfaction I get from helping someone completely change their lifestyle for the better and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Getting started is the hardest part. With the right amount of support, motivation, and guidance, you can reach any goal that you set for yourself. Here at Fitness Premier, we believe that a positive attitude and a positive environment can go a long way.
