BodyPUMP is the original barbell class, designed to strengthen the entire body. This 30/60 minute workout challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises including squats, presses, lifts, and curls.

CXWorx

CXWorx is a short, sharp workout, backed by core conditioning research from Pennsylvania State University that strengthens and tones the body. It hones in on the torso & sling muscles that connect the upper & lower body.

BodyCOMBAT

BodyCOMBAT is a fiercely energetic cardio workout spired by martial arts such as Karate, boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, & Muay Thai.

BodyFLOW

BodyFLOW is a Yoga, Tai Chi, & Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, controlled breathing, and concentration through stretches, moves and poses to music.

RPM

RPM is an indoor-cycling workout where participants ride to the rhythm of powerful music. The inspiring team coach leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, & interval training.

GRIT

GRIT is a series of 30 minute HIIT workouts that build cardiovascular fitness, improve strength, build lean muscle, and maximize calorie burn.

BARRE

Les Mills BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; This 30-minute workout is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
